No cyber security or data protection review can guarantee compliance, prevent every cyber incident, or remove all risk. Bowline Compliance helps organisations understand risk, prioritise action, and evidence the steps they are taking.

Review & Support

As part of Bowline Review & Support, an agreed set of existing documents is reviewed as evidence and context. The standard service does not annotate, directly amend, rewrite or correct customer documents, create new policies, provide legal drafting, perform technical audits or penetration testing, act as outsourced IT or an outsourced DPO, or provide incident response unless separately agreed.

The Bowline Reviewed badge is a graphical indicator of a recent Bowline review within an active Bowline Review & Support service. It is not certification, accreditation or a guarantee of compliance, and it expires when the service ends.

Self Help

Self Help prepares documents from customer answers. It is not an audit, legal advice, certification or verification that the customer has implemented the documents. Preparing and downloading documents, and updates to Bowline-maintained content, require an active subscription. Access to a separately purchased Guidance Pack continues while your account is retained. The account service terms explain subscription and cancellation rights.

Health Check

Health Check results are indicative and based solely on the answers selected. They are not an audit, certification, legal opinion or determination of compliance, and they must not be used as incident-response advice. Active incidents, suspected breaches, regulator deadlines and formal complaint responses require the organisation's existing response process and appropriate specialist support.

Engagements and enquiries

Any formal work with Bowline Compliance Limited will be subject to separate written scope, commercial terms, and engagement terms.

The website may link to other sites or services. Bowline Compliance is not responsible for external content or availability.
